    雞肉和菌菇,簡直天生一對,咋做都鮮味翻倍

          菜名:菌菇沙姜雞
          用料:
          雞腿3個 海鮮菇100g
          沙姜20g (沒有可用普通生姜代替)
          玉米淀粉(生粉)10g 冰糖4g 老抽2g 鹽1g
          蔥花植物油溫水
          做法:
          1. 菌菇洗好切好;
          2. 把雞肉切成小塊;
          3. 加入10g玉米淀粉(生粉)和1g鹽,抓勻腌制15分鐘( 拌入淀粉,可以讓雞肉烹炒時更嫩滑);
          4. 20g沙姜洗凈,切成薄片;
          5. 熱鍋少油,倒入沙姜炒香;
          6. 倒入雞塊,翻炒至白色;
          7. 加入4g冰糖,炒至融化后加入100g海鮮菇(蟹味菇)和2g老抽;
          8. 翻炒約2分鐘后倒入適量溫水,稍稍沒過食材;
          9. 蓋上蓋子,中火燜煮至水份略干。關火揭蓋,撒上蔥花,開吃!
